Welcome to Casey's SEO. Today I'm going to show you guys a couple of quick tips to increase your rankings on your google business profile page. So, a couple of weeks ago, I started to try to rank my Colorado Springs SEO page that I just created. Dated. At the time, I wasn't ranking for any keywords.
But today, about two weeks later, I am ranking on the second page for a really big keyword. Let's jump over to the computer and I want to show you guys how I have increased multiple spots for a couple of different keywords in just two weeks. For more daily SEO tips, we're going to look at three different keywords that I am tracking to see if my rankings have increased or decreased. The first one is local.
SEO, Colorado Springs. Now, this keyword doesn't get much traffic and it seems for me it's a little bit harder to rank for. It's probably because I don't have the keyword local on my website, a whole bunch. But for right now, I am ranking on the fourth page. And remember, previously I wasn't ranking for any of these keywords.
So overall, it's not doing too bad. Now, depending on the location, if I am somewhere else in the city, this keyword could be anywhere up to page three. It just all depends. Just like every keyword is all geographically located, so your keywords will change depending on the time of day and your location. Now, the next keyword we're going to look at is SEO services, Colorado Springs.
So, I am on page three here. We'll scroll up to my listing. So right there you have Casey's SEO. Sometimes it's on page two, sometimes page three. Either way, this keyword doesn't get a whole lot of traffic either.
The main keyword that I'm after is SEO, Colorado Springs. And for this one, I am on the bottom of page two at the moment. Now the goal would be to get this keyword onto page one and probably in a very long time to get into that three pack. That would be the key. But that is a pretty big goal because SEO is competitive in my area.
But we'll see what I can do over the next coming weeks or months, and I'll get back to you guys on that. So, all I did to get these keywords ranked was I added services with descriptions. Now, one thing you're going to have to pay attention to is google would like to come in and add different keywords. Some will pertain to your business, some don't. So, every week or two, go in and see what keywords they are suggesting and go ahead, add them or remove them.
If you keep them, just make sure that you add a description to them. Next, I went through and added some products. Even if your company doesn't really offer some products, try to come up with something. It just gives more content for your page to go off of, gives you some more relevance. So, see what you can come up with and add products if possible.
Last is I've been adding post. So, every day I've been making a post, and this post is just a video from my YouTube tips. So, I'll take that video, transcribe the video, and then post the transcription of the text, and then it just goes back to my website for my daily SEO tips. Pretty simple, but over the past couple of weeks, things have grown and increased in rankings. So overall goal is to try to get SEO Colorado Springs up in those search rankings, and I'll let you guys know what happens in the next couple of weeks.
There you go. There's a couple of tips of how to increase your traffic on your Google Business profile page. Remember, ad services, ad descriptions, add products, and keep posting. If you guys do these three things, over time you will increase in your rankings. Just make sure whatever services that you have on your Google Business profile page, make sure to add those keywords and services on your website.
